The Planet Caravan was the first gourmet food truck in Bahrain, touring in a 60's Airstream trailer, serving american sandwiches and spreading festive vibes in Bahrain. MKT Benchmark role was to build the brand (strategically and visually) to communicate its fun and festive spirit.
The challenge in building a brand is not only communicating the message to the audience, but also understand the clients requirements. The Planet Caravan needed a flexible menu, so we designed the packaging to help the client introduce new products or discontinue products without packaging waste.
Once the brand is developed, we were granted the job of producing its social media content, as part of brand maintenance. Because the brand was developed with a detailed brand strategy, the creative team had a clear direction regarding social media content production. The brand was clear, and the content communication was successful.

The Planet Caravan
Not to confuse il Capo with regular pizza delivery franchises, it is important to communicate what makes il Capo Pizza difference: It's New York Pizza, and the high quality ingredients.
MKT Benchmark have created a campaign targeting adults and young adults during their commute to and from their workplace. The campaign consisted on outdoor advertisements (lampposts) and radio spots (96.5 FM).
Both visual and voice were produced to, first, attract the audience attention, and, second, communicate the most important messages.

Since 2013, MKT Benchmark has been involved in developing and maintaining Blaze Burgers brand and brand personality from a strategic perspective. As Bahrains favorite burger place grows, we at MKT Benchmark have worked together with Blaze Burgers to develop concept further and launch it in The Walk JBR in Dubai.
As we helped developing the brand personality, we developed a visual direction that allows the brand personality to communicate and tell its story. The brand, Blaze, is honest, original, and, like how the food is prepared, likes to do things from scratch. The brand visual being driven from the brand personality, reflects items that are crafted in the most practical way by Blaze Burgers.
The challenge is to maintain an authentic brand through experiencing Blaze Burgers Dubai, from the moment you enter the store until the second you use the wet wipes after finishing your delicious meal. To maintain an authentic brand experience, it is vital to look at minor details in design and production.

We were handed Zu Gluhen brand to help create its brand strategy as well as its marketing strategy. When the brand strategy were created we recommended a brand enhancement to be done to Zu Gluhen to further enforce the concept of "German Precision" the brand is communicating.
In order to enhance the brand, we redraw the visual brand letters using a single element from within the logo. Both letters and spacing were created in order to offer balance and clarity to the brand users. Such balance brings the brand to a professional level, make it more appealing, and easier to use in future brand applications.

في حياتنا اليومية نكوِّن روابط مع ما حولنا من جمادات تفوق حدود ما نلمسه بأيدينا أشبه بما نكونه بيننا كبشر، روابط كالحب والولاء. قد تكون تلك الجمادات هدية من شخص عزيز أو قطعة ملابس قديمة لأحد أبنائك أو أول موبايل إمتلكته. كذلك تكون علاقتنا مع العلامات التجارية (Brands) من حولنا. ولكي نتمكن من إنشاء علامات تجارية تحمل القدرة على بناء علاقات من تلك النوع، علينا أن نغير طريقة تفكيرنا تجاه العلامات التجارية.
لكي نبني علامة تجارية ناجحة علينا أولاً وضع إستراتيجية صحيحة لبناء تلك العلامة. ونجاح العلامة ستعتمد على مدى تطبيقنا لتلك الإستراتيجية بدقة وإستمرارية. تلك الإستراتيجية تمر بمراحل ليتم بناءها، إبتداءً من البحث عن مميزات المنتج، ثم تحديد موضع العلامة في السوق، ثم صناعة شخصية العلامة، حتى مرحلة إكتشاف روح العلامة. عملية كتلك تساعد إدارة العلامة التجارية على التخاطب برسالة واضحة وبشكل متواصل مما يجعل للعلامة غاية في حياة العميل. وبإستمرار تلك العملية نبني علاقة ولاء لدى العميل.
لكن ما الهدف من بناء العلامة التجارية؟ على كل علامة أن تكون لها هدف واضح يساعد المنظمة للوصول لأهدافها التسويقية. فصناعة العلامة من أجل أن تكون محبوبة لدى جمهورها فحسب لايعني شيءً إذا ما كانت تلك العلاقة تصب في مصلحة رفع المبيعات أو زيادة التنافسية وأهداف أخرى بعيدة المدى على سبيل المثال. من الضروري تحديد الأهداف التسويقية للمنظمة وترتيبها حسب الأولية قبل القيام بوضع إستراتيجية بناء العلامة التجارية.
عند الإنتهاء من صناعة العلامة التجارية سنتمكن من التخاطب من خلالها على أربع أوجه تتكون من خلالها العلامة بصورتها المتكاملة. تلك المكونات هي: العلامة كمنتج، العلامة كمنظمة، العلامة كشخص، و العلامة كرمز (والذي يكون الشعار جزء منه).
